Pilates can transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. You build strength and stamina without bulk. Your body awareness, posture, movement and flexibility improve helping you find a balance between strength and flexibility.

Pilates can be enjoyed by all ages, genders and fitness levels and can be helpful for sports people or people needing rehabilitation from an injury.

I currently teach Pilates mat in Stourbridge, Amblecote, Kingswinford and all local areas.

I am also beginning to teach Pilates studio sessions in Birmingham.
