I have been trained by the Body Control Pilates® Association (one of the leading Pilates organisations in Europe)and will encourage your full understanding of the basic techniques before progressing you to the more challenging exercises

Pilates can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels and can be especially helpful for people with back pain and sports injuries.

I can also help you to improve your diet/nutrition and provide a personalised exercise/nutrition programme tailored specifically to your individual requirements.
