I DO NOT PROVIDE CRASH DIETS. I assess your current diet/lifestyle and provide nutritional advice and a realistic exercise programme. We then work together to improve your nutrition and fitness. Being healthy does not mean being a size 6 and it does not mean eating only cabbage soup or grapefruit! Being healthy means being physically and emotionally happy and eating a healthy, balanced and nutritious diet which makes you feel good, energises you and allows you to enjoy occasional treats.
